By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. ac55 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any time and to suspend any Account pending verification. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable anti-underage-gambling measures.
You are solely responsible for determining whether access to and use of the ac55 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. ac55 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Pakistani users must independently verify the current legal position of online gambling under applicable Pakistani law before registering or placing bets on ac55.
Each individual may hold only one Account on ac55. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of all balances therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of that information throughout your use of ac55. ac55 relies on the information you provide for identity verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. Provision of false information is grounds for immediate Account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ac55 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ac55 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify ac55 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
ac55 is required to verify the identity of its users prior to processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal functionality on your Account.
Accepted KYC Documents: Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), valid Pakistani passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Proof of address: recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last 90 days.
An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. ac55 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rs 500 (or the total remaining Account balance if lower) to inactive Accounts. You will be notified via your registered email address before any inactivity fee is applied.
ac55 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah. ac55 reserves the right to add or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount on ac55 is Rs 500. There is no upper limit on deposits, however ac55 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits that trigger enhanced due diligence thresholds.
JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are credited to your ac55 Account balance instantly under normal operating conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one business day to reflect. ac55 does not charge deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
All Account balances, transactions, bets, winnings, and bonus credits on ac55 are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). ac55 does not apply currency conversion at any point.
Withdrawals may only be requested from funds that represent your real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds and confirmed winnings from real-money play). Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all associated Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.
ac55 requires completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. You may initiate the KYC process from your Account settings at any time. ac55 recommends completing KYC verification proactively rather than waiting until a withdrawal request is pending.
Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless ac55 specifically authorises an alternative arrangement for verified compliance purposes. ac55 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals of Rs 50,000 or above.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by ac55 are subject to these Terms and any specific promotional terms published at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict, specific promotional terms take precedence over these general Terms.
Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be stated in the relevant promotional terms. Until the Wagering Requirement is met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not available for withdrawal.
ac55 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it reasonably determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times using different Accounts; placing low-risk hedging bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine risk; or exploiting any error or technical fault in the bonus system.
Note: ac55's determination of what constitutes bonus abuse is final subject to the dispute resolution process in Section 14.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ac55's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
ac55 is committed to providing a safe, responsible gaming environment. The following tools are available to all registered Players from their Account settings:

In the event of Account closure not caused by a breach on your part, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after applicable KYC verification. In the event of Account closure caused by a breach of these Terms, ac55 reserves the right to forfeit all or part of your Account balance.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting ac55 support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.
These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ac55's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute between you and ac55, you agree to contact ac55 customer support in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. ac55 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five business days. If a complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose framework ac55 operates.
You agree that any legal proceedings arising from these Terms will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class or representative action.
ac55 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Players via the email address held on their Account prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the ac55 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account.
